CREDIT: All Shipments credit card prepaid, unless prior credit has been established.
RESELLERS: Resellers in the state of Minnesota need to fax or e-mail D&D Threads Plus their tax exempt certificate, if applicable.
TERMS: VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards accepted. Net 30 days on approved accounts.
RETURNS: All goods returned must be authorized in advance and be assigned a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
CLAIMS: Carriers are responsible for any damages or loss once a shipment has left FOB points.In case of shortage or damage, the carrier should be advised and claims should be filed ;immediately with that carrier by the customer.
